What this site collects
This website uses a self-hosted Matomo installation and Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and general browser and device information. Matomo is configured to respect your browser's Do Not Track setting and not set tracking cookies. Google Analytics may use cookies and process online identifiers, including IP address, to provide its reports. We have disabled Google signals and ad-personalization signals, do not use advertising pixels or social media embeds, and do not sell analytics data.
The contact form
If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you typed: your name, email, company, and message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share it, and we do not add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Server logs
Like nearly every web server, ours records standard access logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes. Logs are retained briefly and reviewed only when something needs investigating.
Questions or removal requests
Email support@netfxtech.com and a person will answer. If you want correspondence you've sent us deleted, say so and we'll confirm when it's done.
